Our history
Historically located in the Loire, in Lorette, between Saint-Étienne and Lyon, the business was born of the use of the motive power of the river "Le Dorlay".
This type of industry spread to our region thanks to the easy use of this type of energy.
At the time, a mill was used to transmit the mechanical energy needed to run the machines.
Our business
Today, thanks to the know-how we've acquired, we're able to meet even the most demanding requirements. Whether you need to secure an electrical installation or transport fluids, our know-how will enable us to guide you towards the best solution. Our knowledge of different materials and braiding techniques will be essential in creating customized solutions tailored to your needs.
We can braid any material available in fiber or wire. These range from multi-filament cotton to metals with the most advanced characteristics, such as HASTELOY or INCONEL. We base our development on a tailor-made service offered to our customers.
Our resources
We currently have a fleet of over 80 machines, ranging from strand-making and spool-assembly machines to braiding machines from 13 to 120 strands. Our design office can carry out tensile tests, conductivity measurements and qualify materials according to your needs.
Our know-how also enables us to design wire assemblies adapted to the most demanding requirements: pressure resistance, thermal resistance, antistatic sheathing, electromagnetic shielding, oxidation resistance... We also have modern, automated methods for crimping and assembling connections.
Finally, our resin rapid prototyping and SLS Nylon powder sintering 3D printing machines also enable us to manufacture your customized connectors. Thanks to our CAD software, our engineering department can design and produce small series of connections for your most specific sheaths.
